Peterson Farms Inc. Frozen Tart Cherries

Approximately 75% of the nation's annual production of red tart cherries is grown on the rolling hills overlooking the shores of Lake Michigan. During the busy four week season at Peterson Farms, these cherries are machine harvested, hydro-cooled, de-stemmed, pitted, and then electronically sorted for color, size, defects, and remaining pits. Our first quality red tart cherries are packed with sugar, or individually quick frozen.
